Marcia L. Conner is managing director of Ageless Learner, a global advisory practice helping corporations, families, and individuals learn and adapt to a world full of new information, processes, and technology. Conner is a frequent speaker and provocateur in informal education, human capital development, innovative leadership, organizational change, learning styles and learning culture. Conner serves as senior counsel and executive coach to industry and academic leaders throughout the world. She is a fellow of the Batten Institute at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. She was vice president of education and information futurist for PeopleSoft, senior manager of worldwide training at Microsoft and editor in chief of Learning in the New Economy magazine. She writes the Learning Resources column for Fast Company magazine. Conner has studied, lived and worked on three continents. She authored Learn More Now (John Wiley & Sons, 2004) and co-edited Creating a Learning Culture (Cambridge University Press, 2004) and contributes to dozens of other magazines and books. She has appeared on ABC’s World News This Morning, the Wall Street Journal and Fortune magazine.
